Welcome to Neuse Realty's first Fairfield Harbour Waterfront E-zine, or on-line magazine. 

      This edition features an on-line version of a very good article on New Bern and Fairfield Harbour from recent editions of Soundings.  They're well written and offer a good boaters view of the area. 

     The chart at the left  shows the trend in waterfront lot sales.  Demand in the last six months of 2003 was very strong, and sales so far in 2004 are more than keeping pace.  At present, there are14 lots listed for sale, so the choice of available properties is getting limited.

     Our next edition of this E-zine will include more detail on lot sales and offer some good on-line maps of the Fairfield Harbour watrerfront.  We are also looking for more articles that will be of interest to waterfront property owners.

     We'd like to hear from you, and learn of any suggestions that you may have on future material.
