From I-95 North bound: Take
Exit 97 (Smithfield, NC) and proceed on US 70 East about 80 miles to New
Bern.
From I-95 South bound: Take Exit 138 at Rocky Mount, NC. Proceed on US 64 East to US 17. Take US 17 South to US 55 just past Bridgeton, NC. (US 64 East is a new 4 lane divided highway) From Raleigh, NC: Go east on I-40. When you have Raleigh in your rear view mirror, look for US 70 East, Exit 306. Take US 70 East about 110 miles to New Bern. When you get to New Bern: o Stay on US 70 until you cross the Trent River. Take Exit 417, south of town, and follow signs to US 17 & US 55, Washington, Bayboro. This is the new Neuse River bridge and is not shown on many existing road maps. Note: The Lawson bridge crossing the Neuse River on US 17, (shown on most road maps), no longer exists. o After crossing the bridge, take the first exit, US 55 to Bayboro, and go approximately 1.2 miles. o At first Traffic Light, turn right on to Broad Creek Road. Fairfield Harbour is 5 miles ahead. o When you reach the main entrance to Fairfield Harbour, Neuse Realty is on your left.
